RWBMS was formed solely to guide SMBs through the process of documentation, review and modification of business management to streamline their business process and identify and verify the process of business management. This with the SMB owner's and capital in consideration. The consulting is to guide business management and staff, whether one or many, to document the business process for its products or services, define values, goals, objectives and tasks and assign responsibility to accomplish those issues. Subsequent and scheduled review of these issues is also required to ascertain progress and modify goals, objectives, tasks and responsibility in order to modify any aspect of business operation to increase market share and image of the company. While not an easy task, the methods incorporated by business management to effectively and efficiently communicate the company image, establish trust in its customers and project an image of success into the future is paramount for the success of the business. RWBMS is a vehicle to research, develop, focus and promote the ideas, desires and wants of management to attain those goals. RWBMS is also a service company for SMBs and lease/rent property investors to assist in ensuring they meet the requirements of the law and other legal and administrative issues that they may need assistance in executing.
